The Centre of Expertise follows European policies closely. Currently, the Europa Unit of The Centre of Expertise provides a so called Monitor for ten large gouvernmental organisations. In the Monitor eruropean developments are being signalized and brought to the attention of participating parties. The information is bundled. The available knowledge of the participants is rubricised and made available to them.
This information strengthens the position of the participants in european matters. This also makes possible the influencing of the formal position of The Netherlands within Europe.
