Dutch tax administration
Modernizing tax collection: a comprehensive programme that focused on modernization of one of the most important processes, namely collection of tax payments. It included vision and strategy development, quick wins, a European tender procedure, and implementation of a COTS IT application.

Bulgarian tax administration
Two workshops were organized In Bulgaria for the tax administration’s top management. The first covered the range from vision development up to package selection. The second focused on business process redesign and process architecture.

Mozambican tax administration
A discovery workshop and a quick scan were carried out to support modernization of the tax administration and the e-taxation programme.
